        The services shall be rendered at the residence of the Swiss Ambassador. The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to:

        a) The surveillance of and access control to the residence in scope in order to defer attacks and willful damage to people, assets and residence;

        c) The control of access to the residence by employees, visitors etc.;

        d) 24/7h monitoring of the residence in scope;

        e) The immediate intervention in case of incidents.

    Basic procedural principles: The client only awards public commissions for services in Switzerland to tenderers who comply with job security regulations and the conditions of work for employees, and provide equal payment for men and women. If the service is provided outside Switzerland, the participant must ensure at least compliance with the International Labour Organization"s fundamental conventions in accordance with Annex 2a PPO. The self-declaration form ‘Compliance with working conditions, workplace health and safety regulations and requirement of equal pay for men and women: Declaration by the supplier’ has to be signed and is to be submitted with the participant application.

    Additional information: The contracting authority reserves the right to award subsequent mandates to the successful bidder of this tender procedure if a change of bidder is not possible for economic or technical reasons, or would cause significant difficulties or incur disproportionate costs for the contracting authority.
